Schedule Your VIP Day

Step 1

Choose a day that works best for you. Ensure that you give yourself time to do any prep work before the intensive. You will need to be virtually "available" that day for providing feedback as I work through your list of requests. Secure your date with a 50% deposit, or pay in full.

Fill Out Your VIP Paperwork

Step 2

Once you have booked your date, you will receive 2 emails from me. Pay close attention to the 2nd email, and if you don't get it check your spam. It includes all of the important pre-work info you need, including access to your workbook & bonus training, and a link to schedule your pre-intensive call.

Time for your VIP Day!

Step 3

On the day of our intensive, we will communicate through Slack and we'll knock out your project! While it IS a very collaborative process, most VIP Days are NOT an in-person or Zoom intensive (Excluding Frameworks and Customer Journey VIP Days). My best work happens when I am able to concentrate and focus in silence.

7 Days to ask questions

Step 4

Once we have completed our day together, I will be available to you for 7 days via email or Slack so that you can reach out if you find yourself lost, confused, or stuck on anything related to the work that we accomplished. You'll be able to request feedback as well as personalized walk-thru video demos, as needed.

FAQ

For our VIP Days I cater to where you are in your business. If you feel ready for a system, quiz, or framework (map) I can make it happen. If you are unsure if you are ready for a VIP Day, please schedule a strategy call at kabrinabudwell.com/strategy-call to see if this is the best fit for you. 

Due to the demand for VIP Days deposits are non-refundable. 

Yes! Your VIP Day is all about you and only you! I do not have any other projects on the day that you schedule.

You will need to have at least an hour to do your pre-work and then you will need to set aside the day you schedule for any questions and follow-up during our time together.

For several of our VIP Days there is software required. You will have to login and create your account before our VIP Day. These softwares include ConvertKit and Interact.

If you need to reschedule and do so 48 business hours or more in advance there is no fee to reschedule, but days do come on a first come first served basis. If you have to reschedule with less than 48 business hours notice your final payment will include a $250 rescheduling fee.
